Shipping costs and rates ​

UK SHIPPING

For UK deliveries all in-stock orders are sent by Royal Mail, Tracked 48 (2 day delivery aim) for a flat fee of £4.50 per order.

Your items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order and you will receive confirmation via email using the address you provided at checkout.

US SHIPPING

For US deliveries all in-stock orders are sent by Royal Mail, International Tracked (7 working days delivery aim) for a flat fee of £25.00 per order.

All US orders are subject to a 10% tariff which is applied at checkout and used to pay customs in advance. Please note that any further taxes or duties on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer, and I am not liable for any additional charges.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I’m sorry that I don’t currency ship to the EU or other international countries, though I’m working on adding this option in the near future.

Returns

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your piece and would like to return it, I’m happy to offer a full refund. Please get in touch within 14 days of your order being placed and I will send you details of the return address. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer. Products must be sent well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. A refund will be paid upon receiving the piece. If it fails to arrive or does so damaged, then no refund will be issued.

I take every care to package your item securely so that it travels safely. However in the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch with photos of the damaged piece as soon it arrives. I will either issue you with a full refund, or send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Packaging & Sustainability

Sustainability and being kind to the environment is important to me as part of running my business and I know it is important to many of you.

Currently, every single piece of packaging your pottery is sent in is recyclable. This includes the cardboard box, which is sealed with recyclable paper packing tape, the recyclable paper bubble wrap your pieces are wrapped in and the packing peanuts, which are biodegradable (they dissolve in water and can go straight on the compost or under the tap in the sink).

Wholesale, commissions and custom orders 

I’m happy to work with you on commissions or custom orders. Please get in touch with details of what you’re interested in and we can discuss the details.
